Role outline - _Sales Account manager_

The role of the Sales Account Manager combines customer account management with new business sales.

Sales Account Managers are tasked with generating new business and developing business partner relationships in order to build a core customer base.

This self developed customer base, along with some assigned customer accounts, will be the responsibility of the Sales Account Manager for all sales interactions.

This roles is commission remunerated based on sales targets and simple key performance indicators.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with assigned customer base
  • Communicating with customers and selling all solutions on offer
  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned clients
  • Coordinate with various team members to ensure customers' expectations are met
  • Upselling and cross selling with existing customers
  • New business development via various means
  • Receive inbound sales calls and handle appropriately
  • Achieving new business sales targets
  • Achieving customer sales targets

Salary:
R8 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
