    Job Title: Retail Store Assistant

    Dis-Chem Pharmacies Mthatha is seeking a Retail Store Assistant to support the overall management of our new store.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Operational Duties: Ensure operational and administrative duties are performed as per standard policy and procedure.

    Customer Service: Manage and report customer complaints and compliments to management, establish professional relationships with customers, and maintain effective communication.

    Inventory Management: Manage stock queries, control high-risk stock, and prepare the run reconciliation on a daily basis.

    Administrative Tasks: Prepare and receive branch change requirements, maintain effective documentation control, and assist the Receiving Manager in preparing Distribution Centre claims.

    Requirements:

    Essential: Grade 12 or Matric, basic computer skills, and SAP knowledge.

    Desirable: Retail experience, leadership and management skills, ability to work under pressure, and trustworthy with honesty.

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    Market-Related Salary: A competitive salary, medical aid, and provident fund will be offered to the successful candidate.
