We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our agri trading operations in Sub Saharan Africa.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management, trade position management, and risk analysis. They will also provide strategic insights to drive business growth and profitability.

**Key Qualifications and Experience:**

• University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agri trading.

**Must-Have Skills:**

• Fluent English and Afrikaans language skills.
• Deep understanding of trade position management, PnL, and multi-currency finance environments.
• Solid experience in SAP, commodity trading systems, and financial reporting.
• Strong FP&A, Corporate Controlling, and Risk Management skills.
• Experience with complex budget preparation, consolidation, and forex exposure.
• Effective management reporting and people management skills.

**Estimated Salary Range:** R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
