Description
Trendy ApartHotel style accommodation seeks a Reservationist to join their Central Reservations team.

You will be based in the City Centre of Cape Town & work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm & alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm

At least - 2 years experience as a Hotel reservationist - group or individuals is a pre-requisite

  • IT literacy, with experience of packages such as Excel, Opera, MS Word etc
  • Semper PMS is an advantage
  • Impressive time management and organisational skills
  • Dazzling telephone and communication skills
  • A friendly but professional work ethic
  • Upsell on rates & room category
