Sales & Service follow up calls

  • Lead qualification follow up calls
  • Monitoring lead systems
  • Processing failed leads
  • Monitoring back up leads & loading failed leads into the lead system
  • Drawing lead reports from lead systems
  • Managing unactioned, pending & lost leads
  • Identifying hot leads, leads with poor data quality & win back leads and communicating with dealer & divisional management in this regard
  • Monitoring customer feedback system & communicating with dealer & divisional management regarding unactioned complaints

Position Overview:

Motus & Retail Marketing, situated at Auto Pedigree Meadowdale currently have a vacancy for a Lead Co-ordinating Agent.

The main purpose of the job is to lead management support & co-ordination in order to ensure that all leads reach the dealers timeously.

Play a crucial role in maximizing the conversion of leads into sales. Reporting to the Marketing Manager.


Specific Role Responsibilities:


  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in lead handling
  • Ability to thrive in a team dynamic, collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with dealers and divisional management
  • Strong written skills for clear and concise communication
  • Proficiency in working with systems, particularly CRM or lead management systems
  • Excellent telephone etiquette to effectively communicate with potential customers

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum of Grade 1
  • Prior experience within the Automotive industry advantageous
  • Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and organization
