The main purpose and focus of this role will be:

• Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's standards, efficiency and productivity goals are met.
• Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring problems.
• Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service. Monitor's technician daily productivity report.

New Vehicle Dealership as well as Used Car sales.

• Understand Dealership Finance
• To set a strategic outlook for the retailer with inputs from investors and communicate this to all staff.
• To enact sound people management and develop thought the retailer and ensure overall business efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness for the entire retailer, with a particular focus on:
• Digital Sales Platforms, CMS, Evolve, Dealers Online, Logimeter and

Autotrade Management.

• Manage all aspects of the Workshop including staff.
• Parts, and Workshop of the Dealership and ensure the profitability of all departments.
• Maintain and increase market penetration.
• Improve stock turnover,
• Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands
• Understanding of sales and aftersales principles and processes
• Understanding of dealership operating systems Knowledge of labour legislative framework
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Sound knowledge on: (Advantage)

• Evolve
• Logimeter

Minimum Job Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Senior certificate Grade 12 with relevant experience and training
• 5 years Workshop management experience
• Knowledge of data protection regulations,
• Other industry regularly bodies and their relevance FICA & NCA
• Valid driver's license
• Computer literate Verbal and written literacy skills Sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles systems Business Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification
