Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing finance analytics, reporting, and issue resolution to support Accounts Receivables within Global Business Services (GBS).

Key Accountabilities

• Direct interaction with customers to collect overdue payments
• Investigate and resolve reconciling discrepancies on customer accounts
• Perform site visits to resolve disputes or collect documents
• Provide instructions on clearing processes for the Cash Application department
• Verify clearings and reconcile accounts
• Attend meetings to discuss financial situations with customers
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare standard and metric reports on Accounts Receivables on a timely basis
• Analyze bad debt for various business units and provide monthly calculations

General Expectations

• Prepare and analyze monthly metrics and SLAs for Accounts Receivables, identifying root causes of process delivery issues
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and provide analysis to management
• Support internal and external audits and provide documentation as required
• Proactively resolve issues and concerns

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of medical accounts, including private and government hospitals
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Accounts Receivables and compliance risk processes is an advantage
• Familiarity with information systems, such as High Radius and SAP, is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong forward-thinking skills and understanding of system functionalities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented and motivated, with a proactive attitude
• Good organization and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables

Travel Requirements

Travel to various provinces may be required up to 30% of the time.
