Description

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

Finding new business to market the company's products, services, and solutions to prospective and existing clients in the property

- development, property management, and engineering sector.

Be comfortable dealing with clients at a senior level (management and director level).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
Confer with customers and technical staff to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
Conduct research to identify potential new markets and customers.
Communicating new product developments to existing and prospective clients.
Keep records of sales and forecasts.
Assist with the development of marketing literature.
Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric Essential
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Proven sales track record.
Prior experience in the Utility and sectional title industries is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships.
Good time management and planning skills.

ON OFFER:

R R25 000 Basic salary, negotiable based on experience, a commission structure on sales, company car, petrol card, cell phone and laptop, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic open-minded environment alongside a young Management team.

Pay:
R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
