Job Advert Summary:


  • Works closely with line managers by providing support with the entire talent acquisition process focusing on management level and above; and is seen as the Recruitment Business Partner responsible for the entire recruitment value chain.
  • Conducts research and identifies prospective talent by screening and testing procedures applied within company policies.
  • Responsible for all administration related to the recruitment process.
  • Develops pipelines and refines search approaches.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree / NQF level 7 in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent qualification
  • 5 years experience in either inhouse recruitment or within an employment agency environment
  • 3 years experience of project management or project implementation
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


  • MS Outlook 36

  • Must have a valid drivers lisence and own vehicle
  • Must have clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborates with the Head of HR to define, refine, execute and communicate talent acquisition and search strategies.
  • Coordinates endtoend talent acquisition services including being accountable for proactively communicating and updating key
stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.

  • Consults with the business to support targeted attraction strategies for relevant business area/region based on the business drivers.
  • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
  • Negotiates and supports hiring managers in developing new hire compensation offers.
  • Conducts employment background checks.
  • Provides market trends on a regular basis, utilising these insights to influence recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Proactively build a strong talent pipeline for critical, hard to fill positions.
  • Develops, support and maintain the relationships with universities which we will be partnering with to attract talent for our
positions, while keeping in mind the affirmative action.

  • Recruits for critical and scarce skills, managing significant portfolios of complex recruitment.
  • Networks and adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy.
  • Collaborates with business to develop and cultivate excellent working relationships to build indepth understanding of requirements
in order to plan sourcing strategies.

  • Liaises with the relevant stakeholders to determine pipeline requirements and build talent pipelines for future needs.
  • Onboarding of newly recruited employees.
