    Description

    Job Summary:

    The role will involve, though not limited to, ensuring that all sales orders and client queries, follow-ups and invoices are done on time and accurately. It also includes performing all sales-related functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receiving and capturing orders onto the system
    • Receiving delivery instructions from clients and making sure they are executed
    • Updating clients regarding their deliveries
    • Making delivery arrangements based on customer instructions
    • Keeping and maintaining records of delivered orders and quantities
    • Capturing invoices onto the accounting system
    • Ensuring each delivery is made with an official computer-generated sale invoice
    • Assisting with the management of proof of delivery
    • Assisting with the delivery schedule
    • Updating the Orders Book as required
    • Addressing all client communications (queries, delivery arrangements & enquiries and quotations)
    • Providing liaison between clients, Sales Reps, and Management where required
    • Passing on leads to Sales Reps / Close and execute all leads
    • Carrying out general filing
    • Achieving set volume targets
    • Achieving set sales price targets
    • Assisting with Debtors Collections when required
    • Assisting clients over the counter when required

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 diploma
    • A recognised post-matric qualification would be an advantage
    • Basic computer skills
    • 3-5 years' sales administration experience in the Construction industry
