    About the Role

    This is a contract hybrid role for a Maximo Application Specialist, offering flexibility between on-site work in Johannesburg and remote collaboration. The successful candidate will focus on back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP) tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain efficient back-end web applications utilizing relevant technologies.
    • Design, implement, and test software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
    • Prior experience with Maximo application development is highly valued but not essential.

    Requirements

    • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
    • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
