Description

Minimum of 5 years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design agency.

A National Diploma/Degree in Graphic Art/ Design or any related creative field.

Formal training/certification in the use of Adobe's Creative suite of programs or similar.

Other software tools such Dreamweaver, HTML, CorelDraw or AutoCAD is a bonus.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design.

Personal Attributes

Possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, and be a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.

They should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to create cohesive designs that meet project objectives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as the designer will be responsible for presenting their design concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

They should also be able to listen actively and take feedback constructively.

They should be able to take projects from start to finish with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and producing accurate work with mínimal revisions.
