Job Description

We have an opening for a Quality Manager at our location in COEGA IDZ, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and ensures that manufactured parts meet customer requirements and documentation is completed as per the Quality Management System (QMS) or instructions.

*Preference will be given to employees from designated groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant quality and lead a team to achieve quality compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Comply with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 Quality Management Systems, Production Quality Assurance, and PPAP during New Product Implementation Process.

Requirements:

• Related tertiary background in Quality, Engineering, Auditing.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Quality manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FMEA; ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, APQP, VDA6.3 & IATF 16949.
• Computer literacy, specifically in MS Office.
• Minimum 3 audits conducted as Lead Auditor.
