Requirements:

Proven track record of successfully placing mid to C-level positions
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong industry network and sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex assignments.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and ATS experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their organisational and talent needs.
Provide strategic insights on market trends, talent availability, and industry dynamics.
Achieve and exceed placement targets and KPIs.
Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.
