Summary:


As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for seamlessly managing schedules and providing vital administrative support to the Directors.

Your versatility and ability to navigate both the hospitality and manufacturing realms will play a pivotal role in keeping operations efficient and effective.


Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum education requirement: Matric certificate
  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years of experience as a personal assistant.
  • Previous experience managing a production (sewing) department.
  • Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software
  • Adobe Light room / Photoshop will be advantageous.
  • Advanced typing, notetaking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sober habits.
  • Wellpresented and well spoken.
  • Must be able to multi task.

Responsibilities:


Include but not limited to:


  • Reporting to the director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, presentations and images.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and mailing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
  • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
  • Assist the director with the manufacturing department.
  • Assisting with the sales of products.
  • Procurement.
