    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales targets for both base and growth
    • BUILD A HIGHLY MOTIVATED KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT TEAM
    • Track performance of Key Accounts Managers and provide regular feedback on progress
    • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Collaborate with the Consulting team to identify opportunities to promote consulting capabilities and upskill the sales team
    • Utilize Global Account Planning to inform local account plans
    • Identify stakeholders in each account, generate new sales leads, and map potential customers
    • Manage weekly roadmaps and ensure quarter-end closure
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the RIH file and Daily Change Report
    • Allocate SIP resources and communicate achievements to regional finance and team
    • Support KAMs with contract renewals and negotiation processes
    • Set objectives for KAMs, monitor progress, and conduct competency reviews
    • Approve team member expenses and leave
    • Provide in-field training, development, and coaching to KAMs
    • Stay informed about product offerings and ongoing enhancements
    • Analyze competitor activity and suggest strategies to counteract competitors
    • Establish yearly budgets and forecasts, including target setting for KAMs
    • Contribute to Quarterly Country review preparation for the Commercial sales team
