**Job Title:** Online Marketing Manager

**Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Online Marketing Manager to create and maintain our company's brand on social media, develop marketing strategies, and interact with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, digital marketing techniques, and social media networking.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Work with the marketing team to create and curate content for social media and websites
• Analyze digital marketing plans and identify areas for improvement
• Research social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to our marketing activities
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure performance against targets

**Requirements:** To be successful as an Online Marketing Manager, you will need:

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media advertising
• Project-management skills and ability to work with others
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box

**Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
