Description

Job Title: Credit Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Credit Control Specialist to join our team at {company}. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as excellent customer service abilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in credit control and debtors within a manufacturing, distribution, or engineering environment. They will be proficient in using Syspro software and possess solid experience in reconciling accounts, allocating payments, debt collecting, and prompt query resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile accounts and allocate payments accurately
Collect debts from customers in a timely manner
Resolve queries promptly and professionally
Liaise effectively with customers to maintain professional relationships
Manage cash flow efficiently
Maintain a clear credit and criminal record due to the trust-based nature of the role

Requirements:

Matric completion
3-5 years of experience in credit control and debtors
Proficiency in Syspro software
Solid experience in reconciling accounts, allocating payments, debt collecting, and prompt query resolution
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to visit customers, therefore own reliable vehicle and driver's license are essential

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
