    Description

    Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate will assist with administration tasks, manage client relationships, and maintain databases. They will also be responsible for sales duties, including promoting and marketing products, managing back-orders, and developing new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain client relationships
    • Update databases and generate monthly call cycles
    • Assist with ordering stock and supplies
    • Process quotes, sales orders, and invoices
    • Complete tender documents for submission
    • Perform monthly stock takes
    • Conduct sales calls and promote products
    • Manage client back-orders and develop new business opportunities
    • Assist with delivery of stock to clients
    • Develop a regular call cycle for consistent sales interactions
    • Travel to various towns along the Garden Route on a monthly basis

    Requirements:

    • Maturity (Matric)
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
    • Proficiency in computers
    • Must have own vehicle
    • 2-3 years of sales experience
