    Description
    Key Responsibilities:

    As an Insurance Consultant at CallForce, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to brokers, focusing on commercial insurance services. Your primary duties will include servicing broker requests, handling general insurance and policy-specific inquiries, and dealing with new policy issuance, maintenance, and renewal. You will also be responsible for managing client expectations, adhering to underwriting criteria, and assisting in implementing solutions for improvement.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need a Matric/Grade 12 qualification, 60 commercial lines FAIS credits, and a relevant insurance-related qualification (e.g., NQF level 5). A minimum of 3 years' experience in short-term insurance commercial lines and/or Agri assets is also required. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide top-notch service to our clients.
