Pharmaceutical Detailing Sales Consultant - Pretoria

Primary Objectives

Provide detailed scientific information about the products to appropriate experts
To grow and develop regions

Minimum Qualification & Job requirements.

3+ years proven sales track record in the pharmaceutical industry
3+ years detailing experience
Post graduate qualification
Valid driver's license.
Able to converse in English and Afrikaans and to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
Analyze Impact Rx data.
Knowledge of basic financial calculations.
Strong knowledge of the products & therapeutic areas in the healthcare / medical environment in South Africa.
Good relationships with HCP's, Doctors, Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders
Good territory management.

Remuneration:
R450K annual CTC highly negotiable

Core Responsibilities will include:

Effectively communicate technical knowledge of the company's product range in order to influence the habits of the targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Engage in a detailing sessions with all parties (Scripting/Dispensing Doctors and Pharmacists).

To grow and develop new business.

Manage the territory to achieve service level requirements in a cost efficient manner.

Maintaining monthly business expenditure within budget.

Be present at regional team meetings, cycle meetings and conferences.

Achieve 100% of set monthly/quarterly and annual Script targets
