Description
Diagnose Hardware and Software problems.- Provide client with Desktop, Peripheral and Point of Sales Support within SLA.
- Repair and upgrade hardware and software.
- Physically setting up computers and installing various software.
- Maintaining clients POS and Backoffice systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network related issues.
- Physically replacing hardware components on a computer.
- Sending daily reports and feedback to Manager / Team Leader.
- Time keeping, documentation and reporting is of utmost importance.
- Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the SLA stipulated time frame.
- Should be able to work with a Team and without supervision in Kokstad area.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Must be Punctual.
- Be able to assist with remote support.
- Must have a valid Driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Must always be contactable on phone.
Salary:
R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail: 5 years (required)
