Description
Diagnose Hardware and Software problems.

  • Provide client with Desktop, Peripheral and Point of Sales Support within SLA.
  • Repair and upgrade hardware and software.
  • Physically setting up computers and installing various software.
  • Maintaining clients POS and Backoffice systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network related issues.
  • Physically replacing hardware components on a computer.
  • Sending daily reports and feedback to Manager / Team Leader.
  • Time keeping, documentation and reporting is of utmost importance.
  • Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the SLA stipulated time frame.
  • Should be able to work with a Team and without supervision in Kokstad area.
  • Maintain customer relationships.
  • Must be Punctual.
  • Be able to assist with remote support.
  • Must have a valid Driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Must always be contactable on phone.

Salary:
R12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Retail: 5 years (required)
