Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning: Design, install, and commission commercial PV systems and battery solutions. Take responsibility for all AC work, ensuring systems are efficiently commissioned and monitoring is set up for ground and rooftop solar installations.

Experience: Demonstrate a solid background with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of commercial solar systems.

Flexibility and Travel:Be prepared to work away from home extensively, as the role may require travel to various project sites. Flexibility and adaptability to different locations and working conditions are essential.

Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues, providing effective solutions to ensure the optimal performance of solar installations

Detail Orientation:
Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to perfection in all aspects of work. Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance, quality control, and safety protocols are maintained.

Requirements:

35 years of handson experience in commercial solar installations.
Code 8 or Code 10 driver's license and personal transportation.
Wireman's license with expertise in threephase systems for COC issuance is beneficial.
Willingness to work away from home frequently.
Detailoriented with a commitment to perfection.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to quality assurance and control standards.
