Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team.


Requirements:


  • Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent.
  • 5 years experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role.
  • Competence in Microsoft office suite.
  • Able to work long hours and overtime when required.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Good customer service.

Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to customer complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Make future projections for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, and monthly expenses.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Coordinating departmental tasks and overseeing food and beverages.
