Description

F and G Sourcing Specialist is assisting a reputable FMCG Distribution client that is seeking a skilled
Creditors Clerk to join their company that is based in Mobeni, Durban.

Salary:
R R18 000 per Month

Requirements:

Grade 12, preferably with Accounting and Mathematics

5- 6 years' experience doing full function creditors as a Creditors Clerk:

Must come from the retail and wholesale industry:
At least Intermediate levels knowledge and skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
Knowledge of Kerridge software advantageous
Experience with Accounting software packages essential
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Working experience with sundry's negotiation on increases
Working experience with suspense accounts
Working experience with transporters

Responsibilities:

Reconciliation and payments
Capturing invoices on Kerridge
Negotiation of sundry increases with Suppliers
Collating of group documents
Consolidated factored payment runs
Maintain and review suspense accounts in respect of goods in suspense, outstanding order reports, and transport suspense
Handle all creditors related queries

Mon

Fri 8.00 am 5.00 pm

Salary:
R15, R18,000.00 per month

High School (matric) (required)
