• Lead the strategic and operational management of core site development, build, and upgrade projects nationwide
• Manage maintenance of all core infrastructures to ensure smooth operations
• Provide input for long-term switching site strategy aligned with network roadmap
• Develop strategic plan for infrastructure implementation at switching sites
• Identify requirements for expansion of existing switching sites and addition of new sites
