• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary assets and information for marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media and online presence, including timeously responding to queries and complaints (standard)
• Create and edit marketing and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities/products for growth.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Support event planning and execution.
• Ability to work on weekends to support any events taking place.

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Basic design skills are essential.
• Prior experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
