    Purpose of the Position:

    This role is responsible for developing, designing and driving graphic and digital designs across the organisation from concept to implementation based on the overall layout and production brief.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Digitise designs from concept to completion.
    • Create digital design assets for web, mobile apps, ad campaigns and social media platforms.
    • Source printing quotations and oversee all processes through to distribution if required.
    • Liaise with printers to ensure correct format where necessary.
    • Maintain records in accordance with records management policy.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

    Requirements

    • Recognised NQF (Level 5) qualification in Graphic Design.
    • Degree advantageous.
    • Four (4) years' experience in graphic design.
    • Digital design experience is a must.
    • Experience in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
    • Additional digital knowledge (social media, HTML knowledge) – advantageous.
    • Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
