    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting:

      Develop accurate and timely financial statements that comply with IFRS standards.

      Analyze and interpret financial data to inform management decisions.

    • Audit and Compliance:

      Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

      Coordinate audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • Financial Planning and Analysis:

      Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.

      Conduct financial analysis and budgeting to support business strategy.

    • Taxation:

      Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize tax efficiency.

      Evaluate and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

    • Financial Management:

      Develop and implement financial policies to monitor and control performance.

      Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

    • Advisory Services:

      Offer expert financial guidance to management on strategic decision-making.

      Conduct financial due diligence to ensure sound investment decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications:

      Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from SAICA/ICAEW/ACCA.

      Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

    • Experience:

      Minimum 3-5 years post-articles experience.

      Proven experience in auditing, financial reporting, and taxation.

    • Skillset:

      Strong technical accounting knowledge.

      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

      Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

      Proficient in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.

    • Certification:

      Valid SAICA/ICAEW/ACCA membership.

    Salary and Benefits:

    The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
