**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collect and return shopping trolleys from parking areas and store entrances.
• Maintain their cleanliness and condition before returning them to designated bays.
• Provide assistance with trolley retrieval for customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Organize and restock trolley bays as needed.
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning trolleys to the maintenance team.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct basic maintenance of trolley equipment when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical fitness and capability to handle large quantities of trolleys.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and work independently when required.

**Estimated Salary:** $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
