***- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure a strong footprint.
  • Set objectives, coach and performance manage the sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Reports directly to Sales Director.


***- Matric with a minimum of
5 years existing Regional Sales Manager experience within the
security industry coupled with proven product knowledge.

  • Must have strategic management skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Strong financial Management skills
  • Forecasting and stock movement skills
  • Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of sales concepts.
  • Target driven and professional selfstarter with high energy levels, for a highly competitive and pressurised environment.
  • Must have a positive attitude and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Possess the ability to communicate at the highest level within business/ corporate environment.
  • This position requires working with mínimal supervision.
