***- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure a strong footprint.
- Set objectives, coach and performance manage the sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Reports directly to Sales Director.
Requirements:
***- Matric with a minimum of
5 years existing Regional Sales Manager experience within the
security industry coupled with proven product knowledge.
- Must have strategic management skills
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Strong financial Management skills
- Forecasting and stock movement skills
- Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of sales concepts.
- Target driven and professional selfstarter with high energy levels, for a highly competitive and pressurised environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Possess the ability to communicate at the highest level within business/ corporate environment.
- This position requires working with mínimal supervision.
