Job Purpose:
We are looking for an Payroll Administrator to process the payroll for the Group. You will be responsible for the full payroll function end to end.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our Payroll department supports our employees while conforming to policies and procedures and legislation.

Job Objectives:

Ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Payroll Processing on Sage
Loading new engagements
Processing terminations
Importing and exporting payroll data
Ensuring all employee data as submitted by the HR department is accurate on Sage Professional

Job Knowledge & Experience:

Grade 12Essential
Degree/Diplomaadvantageous
35 years experience on Sage Payroll Professional
Sound experience in payroll reconciliations, acb exports
Knowledge of EMP201 and EMP501 submissions
Knowledge of IRP 5 reconcilliations
Sound knowledge of Tax year end procedures
Knowledge of basic Accounting principles and practices
High energy, selfstarter who has the ability to be proactive, can act independently on own initiative and has the ability to achieve deliverables
