Responsibilities:


  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Allocate project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization while managing budget constraints.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Regularly report on project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of trends and developments in the Fintech space to incorporate innovative practices in projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in the Fintech industry.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
