    beBee Professionals is seeking a Corporate Governance Litigator to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in corporate governance matters.


    The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance litigation, and a strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    The Corporate Governance Litigator will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in corporate governance matters, including corporate governance disputes, corporate governance compliance, and corporate governance regulations.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching and analyzing corporate governance laws and regulations, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.
