Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Learning Centre, ensuring the smooth operation of student enrollment and registration processes. This includes assisting students with course selection and registration, verifying student eligibility and documentation, and managing waitlists and course capacity.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, including academic transcripts, demographics, and contact information. They will also update student data on learning management systems (LMS) and generate reports on student progress and attendance.
