In your capacity as a head of marketing at NetFlorist, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
Running A/B data tests, campaigns, incentives and offers
Critically reporting and analysing sales and campaign data with decisive action points
Management and mentoring of a team of 20+ people
Preparing and implementing of all online and offline marketing strategies (SEO, paid, performance, social media, retention and acquisition etc)
Ensuring brand consistency and integrity through all consumer and brand touch points
Working with the development team to ensure marketing task briefing, testing, implementation and approval
Analysis of market research, campaigns, sales and other measurables
Supporting the product development team with product or category launches
Defining annual marketing budgets, management and allocation thereof.
Identifying unique ways to increase frequency through impulse purchases.
Growing sales, active customer bases and traffic in excess of 25% year-on-year

Analysis of lifecycle reports and implementation of trigger campaigns aimed at defaulted customers, ensuring increased frequency and recency of purchase.

Outlining, mapping, implementation, reporting and analysing of multiple customer journeys
If you meet the requirements and experiences below, then we want you:
Marketing related qualification essential
Google analytics essential
Salesforce experience beneficial
Advanced Excel proficiency
3-5 years digital marketing experience essential
Stats and data driven
Self-starter that can work without micro management
Patient and persistent
Thorough and detail-oriented
Ability to think logically, critically and innovatively
Hard worker and fast learner
Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
Collaborates well in a team while still being able to handle projects independently
