Today we are running in 5 countries.The Account Manager's primary function is to optimize host revenue through proactive and effective management of property portfolio. You require proactive performance
management and retention of a group of full time hosts.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate cross functionally with our operations team to provide a best in class service
- Act as a point of escalations for Support when major issues with host satisfaction arise
- Case management.
- Onboarding of new high value hosts, or expansion of existing portfolio
- Minimum 2/3 years experience in account management
- Experience building strong business relationships and using these for influence
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Proficient in G Suite and Excel
- Experience with CRM
- 100% remote
