About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Michelle Taylor Recruitment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and developing new business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through outreach to customers and prospects
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Develop new business partnerships and collaborations
Present company products and services to customers and partners
Plan and execute sales activities, trade shows, and events
Perform customer visits and provide excellent customer service
Meet and exceed annual sales targets and budget
Report sales and forecasting data regularly

Requirements

Appropriate education within sales or industry experience in sales
Knowledge of Trucks and construction machinery
Relationship-building personality with selling characteristics
Structured and independent
Business-oriented thinking
Outcome and targeted personality
Self-propelled with high performance
Good technical understanding, ability to get into technical products and solutions
Speak English - verbally and in writing
Knowledge of Trucks and construction machinery is an advantage
Drivers license and vehicle is required
Solution-oriented to all partners
