    Sourcefin is a leading South African FinTech, driving innovation and delivering targeted financial solutions (purchase order funding and invoice discounting) to our clients. We are seeking a talented Marketing Technologist who will leverage their expertise in HubSpot, social media management and search engine optimisation to transform marketing data into actionable insights, facilitate campaign performance, and drive measurable growth. Youll be a bridge between marketing implementation and analytics, ensuring we extract maximum value from our HubSpot marketing technology stack. You will also be tasked with building Sourcefin's marketing infrastructure.



    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. CRM and Sourcefin Marketing Infrastructure



    • Maintain and optimise the HubSpot to ensure efficient data collection and reporting.

    • Integrate HubSpot with other marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms) to streamline data flow.

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features and functionalities.

    • Optimise the use of HubSpot to maximise Sourcefin's ROI.

    2. Campaign Optimisation & Attribution



    • Utilise HubSpot attribution modelling tools to understand the impact of different marketing touchpoints.

    • A/B test different marketing campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance.

    • Recommend data-driven strategies for improving campaign results and ROI.

    • Utilise audience segmentation and automation to build relationships with prospects.

    3. HubSpot Analytics Expertise



    • Configure and manage advanced reporting dashboards and funnels within HubSpot.

    • Develop and execute custom reports and analytics queries to answer complex marketing questions.

    • Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and campaign performance data using HubSpot tools.

    • Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness

    • Create data visualisations and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

    4. Measurement and Optimisation of Sourcefin's Marketing Spend



    • This will include SEO, Google advertisements, Social advertisements, Website optimisation, Lead source tracking.

    Requirements

    Experience & Qualifications:



    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing technology with a focus on the HubSpot, Meta, Google platforms, amongst others.

    • Proven experience in creating and managing advanced reporting dashboards and funnels within HubSpot.

    • Proven experience in building and optimising an organisation marketing infrastructure.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and other departments.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Skills & Knowledge:



    • Understanding core marketing concepts like customer personas, buyer journeys, marketing channels, and campaign strategy will be crucial for interpreting data in the context of marketing objectives.

    • Familiarity with content creation strategies and how content performance is measured within HubSpot will be beneficial.

    • Being able to analyse data and identify the root cause of marketing performance issues is essential.
