Overview

  • Note: The position will be made a hybrid role after the threemonth probationary period, allowing for a combination of remote and inoffice work._

Minimum Requirements:

Matric qualification (high school diploma or equivalent).
Tertiary degree in a relevant field essential
Experience in the insurance industry and/or medical aid environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
Experience with CRM systems.
Previous experience or exposure to the Power BI reporting platform (advantageous).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in new business development.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements in operational processes and systems.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Manager of the Health Department to drive new business development initiatives for our insurance client.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and execution of campaigns.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Assist with general project and business reporting for managers and directors.
Work closely with other teams within the organization to meet campaign requirements.
Compile reports and materials for campaign-driven initiatives.
Analyze operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Schedule meetings with relevant partners and team members.
