My client, a leading Export and Import company, is looking for an experienced Administration Clerk to join their team on a half day basis.

Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to)

  • General administration duties as required, filing, invoicing, calls to clients, communication with clients re deliveries, filing, compiling VAT submission, answering of telephone calls, etc.
  • Creating of Purchase Orders in Xero
  • Following up on payments (Debtors)
  • Contact retailers re orders/stock
  • Creating, updating and maintaining records and databases
  • Record keeping of meetings
  • Prepare salary slips
  • Manage import & export paperwork
  • Updating and maintaining of all staff files
  • Deal with clients on all levels
  • Registering & licensing of vehicles and all related paperwork
  • Invoicing in Xero attaching all relevant documentation
  • Checking and reconciling of all admin received from warehouse
  • Must LOVE admin
Knowledge, skills, and experience required

Educational Background

  • Proven work experience as an Administration Clerk essential


  • Minimum Grade 1

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Afrikaans & English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excel, Word, Outlook & Microsoft teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude
  • Own transport essential
