    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of clients.
    • Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
    • Maintain and report on Service Level Agreements according to set business parameters.
    • Document CRM knowledge about client offerings at Teraco.
    • Understand clients' core business and identify needs and business opportunities within Teraco.
    • Operate and utilize Teraco CRM for reporting services per client.
    • Serve as an escalation point for allocated clients.
    • Project manage all client installations.
    • Coordinate after-hours activation of client services and products when required.

    Requirements:

    • Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Active listener who understands client requirements.
    • Able to work independently and as a positive team player.
    • Comprehensive understanding of network and data centre industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all business levels.
    • Proficient in communicating professionally in English (reading/understanding, spoken, written).
    • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
    • Meticulous and analytical with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent documentation skills and report writing.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric Qualification.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with full ownership and management of client operational relationship.
    • Microsoft Office skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in understanding Service Level Agreements.
    • Experience in utilities/power deployment and cabling infrastructures is advantageous.
    • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
