Overview of the Role

The Membership Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving sales and member satisfaction at HR Genie. This individual will be responsible for selling memberships, marketing products, facilities, and services, while meeting specific monthly new Member sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Establish strong relationships with clients through effective business-to-business and business-to-client interactions
Organize outreach events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
Identify potential prospects and schedule appointments to showcase our services
Present our offerings in a compelling manner to attract new members
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by leveraging excellent communication skills
Manage basic sales-related administrative tasks efficiently
Deliver exceptional member service to foster loyalty and retention

Requirements and Qualifications

Degree equivalent to Grade 12 or higher
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the Health & Fitness or Hospitality industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work flexible retail hours
Reliable transportation and a personal cellphone are essential tools for success
Basic computer literacy is required

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
