    Job Overview

    To drive business expansion and achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals for the bank.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and optimize resource utilization.
    2. Identify potential obstacles and create contingency plans by monitoring plan implementation and taking corrective action.
    3. Ensure products, services, and processes align with the bank's risk framework by identifying risks and taking corrective measures.
    4. Maintain adherence to compliance regulations, policies, and procedures, and complete documentation accurately.
    5. Stay compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and standards by attending required training.
    6. Promote process innovations and enhancements based on client feedback and market information.
    7. Prepare timely reports by gathering data and management information.
    8. Acquire new business and grow existing portfolio by providing tailored advice based on client needs.
    9. Analyze current book and use management information systems to identify growth opportunities.
    11. Implement sales strategies to deliver results by monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
    12. Enable cross-selling and upselling to achieve portfolio targets by engaging stakeholders, internal and external.
    13. Foster trusting relationships with clients by delivering on expectations and providing guidance and recommendations.
    14. Identify stakeholder needs and requirements through engagement and needs analysis.
    15. Make referrals based on gathered information, competitor activity, and market trends.
    16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with bank strategies and solutions.
    17. Meet deliverables within agreed timelines and service levels by managing expectations and engaging stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
    18. Add value to clients/stakeholders by providing support, responding to requests, and keeping knowledge up to date.
    19. Contribute to a culture conducive to transformation goals by participating in organization culture-building initiatives.
    20. Support corporate responsibility initiatives for business strategy achievement.
    21. Identify ways to improve business processes and systems by recommending effective operating methods.
    22. Review organization and Business Unit Plan to ensure alignment of delivered systems, processes, services, and solutions.
    23. Complete personal development plan activities within specified timeframes.
    24. Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interactions.
    25. Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes that will improve stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits.
