Create significant business value for clients by working collaboratively to formulate insightful questions, applying effective analytical techniques, and delivering data-driven answers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with internal clients to identify key business needs and opportunities, leveraging your expertise to develop tailored solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
Communication Bridge: Foster strong relationships between business and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
Solution Design: Develop in-depth understanding of business operations and data requirements to design and propose innovative solutions that enhance business performance.
Data Provisioning: Collaborate with the data provisioning team to obtain high-quality, reliable, and relevant data assets necessary for effective data analysis.
Algorithm Development: Create and implement machine learning models to improve product offerings and address critical business challenges.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track model performance using anomaly detection systems.
Stakeholder Presentations: Effectively communicate complex data science concepts and model outcomes to diverse stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Finance, or Economics (or related field).
Data Skills: Proficiency in common data structures, languages, and tools, including SQL, Python, or R.
Operational Experience: Familiarity with deploying data science models on-premises or in the cloud (GCP or Azure preferred).
Statistical Knowledge: Understanding and interpretation of statistical concepts and data, including regression analysis.
Machine Learning: Strong grasp of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning. Practical experience a plus.
Pace & Prioritization: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
