Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in line with industry and company standards.
• Engage actively in projects aimed at enhancing machinery and operational processes.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Execute assigned programming tasks efficiently.
• Create necessary documentation related to maintenance activities and assist in training maintenance staff, sharing knowledge as needed.
• Record anomalies, compile work reports, and provide daily updates on assigned tasks.
• Request necessary materials to ensure effective execution of planned maintenance.
• Make independent decisions and take action in the absence of supervisors regarding incidents and repairs of machinery and installations.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; B-Tech preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Profibus, and WinCC; experience with Allen Bradley is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-demand automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge.
• Proficient in fault finding and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
• Preferably from a systems integration background.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, flexible hours, weekends, and during shutdown periods as necessary.
