- Conduct corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in line with industry and company standards.
- Engage actively in projects aimed at enhancing machinery and operational processes.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Execute assigned programming tasks efficiently.
- Create necessary documentation related to maintenance activities and assist in training maintenance staff, sharing knowledge as needed.
- Record anomalies, compile work reports, and provide daily updates on assigned tasks.
- Request necessary materials to ensure effective execution of planned maintenance.
- Make independent decisions and take action in the absence of supervisors regarding incidents and repairs of machinery and installations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Minimum qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; B-Tech preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Profibus, and WinCC; experience with Allen Bradley is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-demand automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge.
- Proficient in fault finding and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
- Preferably from a systems integration background.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, flexible hours, weekends, and during shutdown periods as necessary.
