Fuel ServicesLogistics Coordinator
Johannesburg

Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate all incoming and outgoing fuel deliveries and manage the full transportation cycle.
  • Arrange all transportation requirements, and organize staff according to requirements.
  • Manage all machinery equipment on site, ensure repairs or services are booked in time and the full operation is consistently running.
  • Acting as the liaison with all clients for all queries, demands and feedback.
  • Provide administration support to the office for all daily operations.
  • Continuously review costs, and implement cost reducing methods wherever necessary.
  • Facilitate all client deliveries to ensure demands are on schedule with no delay.
  • Managing the inventory stock take, ensuring supplies are ordered where needed and inventory never runs low.
  • Coordinate and schedule accurate ETA's
  • Draft all daily load schedule sheets.
  • Maintaining strong communication with staff.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience within a similar industry or role.
  • Matric is essential with relevant tertiary degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office system usage.
  • Own vehicle is essential

Salary:
R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
