This role is responsible for managing the organisations compliance team to ensure employees and the company comply with all industry guidelines, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

The role is responsible to manage the development and implementation of the Compliance strategy.

The role will ensure alignment to the guidelines and frameworks provided by the Group Risk & Compliance teams with regard to controls and risk and compliance process, templates, metrics, risk registers etc.

You must have a university degree a, a managerial track record of 4 years or more; with at least 3 years experience in Compliance Management, Risk Management, Internal Audit in Fintech/Financial Services
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing regulatory and compliance requirements within the Fintech, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking industry.
