Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Execution of Provincial Office Budget
Do Banking, Visit Post Office and buy Office supplies
Administer of PPS Accreditation process
Administer Stationary stocks outflow and levels
Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports
Co-ordinate IT problems and requirements
Answer all incoming phone calls and relay messages
General reception duties
Prepare quotes and Statement of Benefits
Assisting in setting up presentations and other meetings
PPS experience an advantage
Matric
Computer Literacy:
Proficient in PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Skills:
Customer Focus
Results Focus and Initiative
Strong attention to detail
Planning and Organising
Problem Solving
Impeccable Communication - written and verbal
Ability to collaborate within and across teams
