    Results-Driven Marketing Professional Sought for Transport & Logistics Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns to maximize brand visibility, drive brand awareness, and increase lead generation.
    • Negotiate Pricing and Margin Targets based on market trends to achieve optimal results.
    • Identify and Develop New Markets and business opportunities to strengthen our presence in the industry.
    • Strengthen Client Relationships through exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills for long-term growth.
    • Strategically Position Services for competitive advantage by conducting in-depth market research and analyzing demographic data.
    • Gather and Analyze Data for targeted marketing efforts to optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Drive Lead Generation and increase brand trust and recognition through innovative strategies and tactics.
    • Conduct Market Research to stay ahead of market trends and optimize marketing strategies.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum Grade 12 qualification.
    • A degree or diploma in Marketing is advantageous.
    • At least 3 years of experience in marketing within the Transport & Logistics industry.
    • Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong MS Office skills and technical aptitude.
    • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • A problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach.
    • The ability to thrive under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
    • A go-getter attitude with an eye for market trends.

    Additional Requirements:

    • The successful candidate must reside in Pretoria North or be willing to relocate.
    • A valid driver's license and own reliable transportation are essential.
